GATe Editing Suite Session

Service Description

GATe's Studio Lab includes Six iMacs pre-loaded with Editing software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Audacity and GIMP, perfect for polishing and rendering your media projects. Additionally, the Studio has headphones, Wacom Tablets, SD/CF Card Readers, and other specialty hardware for you to use. A GATe Staff member will be available to help you with any technical issues you are having. Although these editing suites are also available during the Studio's open hours on a first-come basis, an online reservation ensures your place at the studio. Editing Suite Sessions are blocked out in 2 hour sessions, and are may only be reserved by Active GATe Members. It is highly recommended that members bring their personal data storage device - such as an external hard drive - as the computers are routinely wiped. Members must abide by GATe's rules & procedures, including the requirement that the editing suite is not used for any illegal or illicit activity. Violation of our policies may result in premature session termination and leaving GATe's premises, membership suspension/termination and payment for damages caused - depending on policy violation. GATe Staff have the discretion to terminate a session at any time.
