Introduction to Video Editing Workshop

Service Description

Learn the basics of Adobe Premiere Pro, or Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve in a single day! This hands-on editing class encourages editing beginners who want to build or refine their video editing skills. In this workshop, students will learn how to source and download media to create their own short informational videos; choosing a topic of interest, writing a short script, gathering footage, images, and text, recording a voiceover, and selecting background music from our De Wolfe Music library. Using the editing software of their choice, they’ll learn how to bring all these elements together into a polished final video. This workshop is perfect for those who don't have time for a multi-week class, but want to get started with editing! This workshop is currently offered on a per-request basis.
